Text Box: Q)          What documents will I need to bring with me when hiring a vehicle from you?
A)          You are required to bring your complete U.K. driving licence. If you have the new type photo-card you need to provide both parts of your         licence. If you hold a foreign driving licence, you must present this together with an International Driving Licence. In addition to your driving licence, you will need to present two other means of identification.
e.g. bank statement, utility bill, both dated within the last 3 months.
Q) I have endorsements on my driving licence?
A) Your licence must not have more than 9 points or any driving ban. More than 3 points there is a extra insurance premium.
Q) Is there a excess on the insurance?
A)       Yes, on all uk mainland hires there is a £600 excess and all European hires a £1000 excess, this can be halved by purchasing the CDW.
Q)       Can I add a second driver to my rental?
A)       Yes, you can have a second driver. Extra charges apply.
Q)       Can I take your vehicle abroad?
A)       Yes, you can take any of our vans abroad.
          European rates include European insurance.
Q)       What happens if I break down?
A)       In the unlikely event of a breakdown all our vehicles are covered by our AA breakdown policy. All vans are provided with our 24-hour emergency telephone number to call in case of breakdown or emergency. All efforts will be made to get you back on the road as soon as possible. A replacement vehicle will be provided if necessary.
Q)        Do you hire vehicles to people over 70?
A)        Unfortunately our insurance policy does not cover vehicle hire for people over 70 or under 21, therefore we cannot offer this service. However you can still rent our vehicles if you provide your own insurance.
